What is the Pre-Payment Program?
The Pre-Payment Program allows you to deposit funds in advance toward future auto glass services while earning interest credits on your deposit. It’s a smart way to prepare for unexpected glass repair or replacement costs — your money grows while it waits.
What interest rates are available?
Can I withdraw my interest as cash?
No. Interest credits are applied as account funds only and cannot be withdrawn as cash or reinvested. They are redeemable exclusively for Capital Auto Glass services.
What happens to my interest if I close the account?
If you close your account, the original deposit is refunded by check. Accumulated interest credits are forfeited upon account closure.
How do I check my balance?
You can check your account balance by calling us at (916) 972-7772, emailing quotecapital@gmail.com, or through your quarterly automated balance statement.
What payment methods are accepted for deposits?
- Cash — accepted directly at our Sacramento location
- Credit/Debit cards — 3% processing fee applies
- Checks — funds available after clearing ($50 fee for returned checks)
How do I enroll?
You can enroll online, by mail, email, or text with a downloaded application form, or in person at our Sacramento location (2021 Fulton Ave., Sacramento, CA 95825).
What services can I use my credits for?
Credits apply to any service at Capital Auto Glass, including windshield replacement, windshield repair, power window repair, and insurance deductibles.
