I recently had a cracked windshield in which the entire thing had to be replaced...Darn those flying rocks! The first quote was from my dealership and they quoted me over $650 plus tax. I thought that was pretty outrageous for a cracked windshield so I Googled searched auto glass companies. Capital Auto Glass came up and it had a lot of Yelp reviews. I submitted my online inquiry late at night and was promptly called first thing the following morning. When Reagan (sp?) quoted my total, I thought it was a prank. My total plus tax was $232.52. Then I started getting skeptical and started asking questions about the type of glass since my car has some kind of solar windshield. Reagan reassured me and said that they are a honest company and to read the reviews online. I'm sure Capital Auto Glass gets that a lot since many car places try to rob you left and right. When the repair tech came to my office (yes they offer mobile service!!!), he was done in 45 minutes. My windshield was of the same kind as the original and honestly this was the BEST freaking service I ever received from an auto company! Not even any of the BMW dealerships can match this level of customer service. I saved over $400 dollars by going with Capital Auto Glass. CHA-CHING! Beyond satisfied customer and they definitely have my business the next time any of my windshields break!!!
